The purpose are to early diagnose and for disease prevention. We want to help taking care of your health, so please come and participate on this event.
Time : (Sunday) December 20, 2015 / AM 9:30~ 12:30
Place : Sasang-Gu Public Health Center
Examination Type : Internal Medicine, Dental, Ob Gyn., Pediatric,
Oriental Medicine, Orthopedic.
T Blood test, X-ray, Sputum Test are available
upon request.
Contents : Prescription depends on disease by professional
doctors.
How to Participate : Come to Sasang-Gu Public Health Center and
apply on the D day.
What to Bring : Insurance Card and/or Alien card
