Overseas COVID-19 Vaccination Registration and Certificate Issuance
If you have been fully vaccinated abroad,
you can register your vaccination history and receive a certificate as of Dec. 9, 2021.
■ Recognized Vaccine : WHO approved vaccine
( Astrazeneca, Pfizer, Moderna, Janssen, Sinopharm, Sinovac, Covaxin )
■ To request for registration :
- Visit a nearby health center with your vaccination proof and ID or passport. The health center officer will register your vaccination history and issue the certificate.
