Public Relief Consumption Coupon (Livelihood Recovery Support) Eligibility for Migrants to Apply

• Permanent residents (F-5), marriage immigrants (F-6), and recognized refugees (F-2-4) who are enrolled in National Health Insurance (as a primary insured, dependent, or recipient of medical aid).

• OR migrants who are listed in the Resident Registration with at least one Korean national and are enrolled in National Health Insurance (as a primary insured, dependent, or recipient of medical aid), including retroactive payment.

• All others must inquire at the local Eup/Myeon/Dong Community Service Center.

• Busan Foreign Resident Support Center does NOT handle applications.

Application Period

• 1st application period: Monday, July 21, 9:00 AM – Friday, September 12, 6:00 PM

• For both online and offline applications, a "day-of-the-week system" based on the last digit of birth year will be applied during the first week (July 21–25) for smoother processing.

• • All others must inquire at the local Eup/Myeon/Dong Community Service Center.

How to Apply

• Online: Via Naver app, KakaoTalk, Toss, and 17 other mobile apps, or through the National Notification Service (국민비서) website

• Offline: Visit Eup/Myeon/Dong community centers.(Applications cannot be made at the Busan Foreign Resident Support Center)
