◎ Date: April 30th 2017, Sunday, 2pm-4pm (registration starts at 1:30pm)

◎ Check-up Categories:

1. Blood Test(blood sugar, liver function, hepatitis, syphilis, HIV, etc.)
2. Urine Test (kidney function, glycosuria, etc.)
3. Blood pressure measurement
4. X-Ray (pneumonia, respiratory function, etc.)
5. Dental check-up

※ Skipping lunch on the day can provide more accurate result of medical check-up (especially essential for glycosuria check-up)

※ Your personal information is managed by Solidarity with Migrants.

Thus, undocumented migrant workers also can get medical check securely.

※ Medical check-up results will be distributed after two weeks on May 14th. For any problems shown after the check-up, you can be treated at free medical center of Solidarity with Migrant, or its associated hospitals.
