The Act of Bullying Against in the Workplace to be enforced from July 16, 2019. (Bullying: All behaviors harming others weather physically or emotionally in their workplace)  

• Immediate investigation when bullying occurs in the workplace
• Inclusion of the prevention and investigation process in the employment rules and regulations (In case of violation, fine of under 5,000,00KRW)
• Prevention of disadvantage to workers due to report/claims (In case of violation, Imprisonment of less than 3years or fine of under 30,000,000KRW)
