- Inclusion of the prevention and investigation process in the employment rules and regulations (In case of violation, fine of under 5,000,00KRW)
- Prevention of disadvantage to workers due to report/claims (In case of violation, Imprisonment of less than 3years or fine of under 30,000,000KRW)
